The perennial program from Syngenta Flowers is back with over 20 new varieties, including seeds and vegetative plants.

“Perennials have become increasingly popular due to their incredible reliability in the garden,” Kent Carrell, Syngenta Flowers market manager, said. “We strive to continually breed strong, unique genetics that growers can rely on. With more than 50 varieties, our perennial program is more robust and more diverse than ever before to meet the needs of this growing market.”

Three highlights from the program are the Clockwise Campanula, an F1 hybrid with uniform production and first-year flowering; the Prairie Splendor Rose Compact Echinacea with an upright habit that reduces the need for plant growth regulator applications; and the Snowsurfer Forte Iberis, a floriferous, drought-tolerant perennial with white flower and dark green leaves.
