Novozymes announces restructuring, new executive roles

Novozymes announced Monday the establishment of three divisions: Household Care & Technical Industries, Agriculture & Bioenergy and Food & Beverages.

Household Care and Technical Industries will be led by Anders Lund, who previously served as the vice president of sales. Agriculture & Bioenergy will be led by former vice president of sales Tina Sejersgård Fanø, and Food & Beverages will be led by Andrew Fordyce, former executive vice president of Business Operations.

The three will all serve their divisions as executive vice presidents. A central Research, Innovation & Supply operation will serve the three divisions and will be led by chief operations officer and executive vice president Thomas Videbæk. Corporate functions will be headed by chief financial officer and executive vice president Benny D. Loft.

Chief exeecutibe officer and president Peder Holk Nielsen will continue to serve in the same capacity. However, Per Falholt, the former Head of Research & Development, will now be a consultant on technology scouting.

Former head of Supply Operations, Thomas Nagy, will leave the company.
