The new administrative vice president and human resource director for CropLife America (CLA), Laisha Dismuke, has been promoted from senior director of human resources and administration.

“We are excited to acknowledge the many professional contributions that Laisha has made, and will continue to make, in both the administrative and human resource areas here at CLA," CLA President and CEO Jay Vroom said. "With her proven expertise and the enthusiasm she brings to her professional duties, she will continue to act as a credible resource for CLA in all administrative and human resource concerns."

Dismuke has been with CLA for over eight years. Before coming to CLA, she received her undergraduate education from Clark Atlanta University and her Master of Science in Human Resource Management from University of Maryland University College.

In her new role, she will continue to report to CLA executive vice president and chief operations officer William Kuckuck.

“No stranger to the CropLife America member and allied organization network, I know Laisha looks forward to more active participation and staff oversight of a number of CLA member committees and internal task forces,” Kuckuck said.
