DuPont Crop Protection has new president

DuPont announced that Timothy Glenn is taking over as president of its Crop Protection business starting Thursday.

Glenn is replacing Rik Miller, who is retiring after three decades at Dupont and who was responsible for Crop Protection since 2011. Glenn will report to DuPont Executive Vice President James Borel.

"Tim has dedicated his entire career to serving the needs of farmers and advancing agriculture”, Borel said. “His extensive agricultural industry experience combined with a relentless focus on delivering top-line growth, launching innovative products and building strong customer relationships will help lead the business now and in the future."

Before becoming part of the DuPont team, Glenn developed leadership roles on sales and marketing at Dow AgroSciences.

At DuPont, Glenn was regional business director for Canada and Latin America and director for marketing and sales effectiveness for North America. He was previously vice president of integrated operations and commercial effectiveness.
