Amy Yoder, who has more than 20 years of experience in the agribusiness and chemical industries, was named to the Vive Crop Protection Inc. board Wednesday.
Yoder previously served as senior adviser for investment banking firm Atlas Advisors and was president of the United Industries division of Spectrum Brands. She also served as vice president and general manager of Chemtura Inc.’s Biolab subsidiary and has held positions of increasing responsibility with DuPont, Monsanto Co., UAP Timberland LLC, and Nufarm Americas Inc.
Yoder has served on the boards of CropLife America and Responsible Industry Sound Environment. She is currently on the boards of Compass Minerals and the Clemson University Foundation, and is president of the Sigma Alpha Foundation to promote women in agriculture.
