AgWorks, CDMS enter partnership

AgWorks Software LLC announced a partnership with CDMS Inc. on Thursday, April 16, saying they will cooperate in developing and providing compliance information within the AgWorks software.

This partnership will allow both companies to be able to provide up-to-date information on products within a single application offered by the company AgOS.

"CDMS represents the most complete and accurate compliance data available today, and I am excited to bring access to this information seamlessly inside of our agronomy operational tools for our customers," AgWorks President Greg Duhachek said. "This is another key step toward our vision of eradicating inefficiency in our customers' daily work lives and driving down their liability risk."

AgWorks Software specializes in providing technological solutions for agronomy management. The platform AgOS is their flagship offering, which allows client access to tools for day-to-day operations including inventory and fleet management for retail outlets.

It also has compliance software that allows users to be knowledgeable of rules and regulations regarding operations, specifically with the Environmental Protection Agency and Department of Transportation. According to the company, this software can ensure minimized liability in disputes of crop-injury claims, seed performance and other issues.

The platform also has built-in analytical capabilities, so that growers and farmers are able to make decisions that help their economic performance and limit their environmental impact, the AgWorks website says.
