NovaSource creates new office, makes staff changes

NovaSource, the crop protection business unit of Tessenderlo Kerley, Inc., said recent promotions and role changes within its staff reflect its continuing growth and the creation of its new Office of North American Operations.

In creating the Office of North American Operations, NovaSource said on March 16 that its Regional Manager for Canada and Midwestern and northeastern areas of the United States Bob Gestring accepted the position of director of sales in North America. Regional and Product Manager in the Pacific Northwest Kyle Coleman has been promoted to marketing director, North America.

NovaSource veteran Dinnie Wadsworth will focus his efforts on North American strategic accounts. Vice President of Marketing and Development Mike DeRiso will devote his efforts toward global product management strategies, acquisitions and other growth opportunities.

“The continuing growth of our business is driving the expansion of staff in North America,” NovaSource Group Vice President David Cassidy said. “We’re committed to staffing the business with seasoned professionals who can both manage our growth and deliver the high quality products and service our customers have come to expect.”

The company plans to fill the regional manager positions that were vacated by Gestring and Coleman. Outside of North America, NovaSource will continue to provide its line of legacy crop protection products to 46 countries
