Syngenta said its seed production and supply facility in Jefferson, Iowa; its seed production and supply facilities in Amboy and Dassel, Minnesota; and its Owatonna and Stanton, Minnesota, research and development sites were recently recognized for safety performance in the workplace.
Syngenta said its Jefferson facility was recognized by the Iowa-Illinois Safety Council for community enrichment and contributions to the local community.
The Minnesota Safety Council recognized the seed and supply facilities and R&D sites with the Governor’s Safety Award for superior performance in workplace safety and health. The Amboy, Dassel and Owatonna locations were awarded the council’s highest award, the Award of Honor. The Outstanding Achievement Award went to the Stanton location.
