Bayer InVigor to host Canola Grow More sessions during North Dakota expo

Bayer InVigor will host free Canola Grow More educational sessions on new canola trial results, canola harvesting and regional pest updates at the KMOT Agriculture Expo Wednesday and Thursday in Minot, North Dakota.

Farmers will also learn about InVigor’s canola hybrid L140P after the Grow More sessions, and be able to enter to win InVigor seed.

“We believe canola is a profitable and important rotation crop for farmers across North Dakota, Montana and Minnesota,” Kristie Sundeen, Bayer InVigor's North Central sales lead, said. “The Grow More sessions at the KMOT Ag Expo aim to equip farmers with the latest agronomic and crop management knowledge so they can take full advantage of the high-yielding canola genetics they plant.”

The L140P is the only canola hybrid with the pod shatter tolerance trait.

Farmers at the Expo will receive information about L140P best management practices, flea beetles, 2015 trial results, 2016 hybrid lineup and current programs.
