Vive Crop Protection and Arysta LifeScience North America entered an agreement this week to market Vive's patented technology with
active ingredients from Arysta LifeScience.

Vive Crop Protection, founded in 2006 by the
University of Toronto Department of Chemistry, develops effective crop protection products to give farmers better tools to protect crops. Arysta LifeScience was founded in 2001 and is one of the top 15 agrochemical companies in the world.
