The produce association’s Fresh Marketplace center will bring together industry experts and thought leaders with professionals seeking ways to improve their business skills and boost their companies’ success. Sessions include: Local Food: Maximizing Local for your Business; Women in Produce: Inspiring the Next Generation: and Retail Merchandising Strategies from the Best.

Some of the topics covered at the Fresh Tech sessions will be: Warehouse Optimization: Managing a Multitude of SKUs; What to do When FDA Comes Knocking: and GMOs 101: Understanding What They Are and What Consumers Think.

United Fresh attendees also will have access to International Floriculture Expo design demonstrations.

Although the learning centers are open to all guests, an all-access pass is needed for additional sessions, including Monday’s program on floral education, Wednesday’s five super sessions and two general session breakfasts.
